HERMA mapa z obroči A4 7168, večbarvna

The HERMA 7168 Multicolour ring binder is a durable A4 binder with a D-ring mechanism designed for secure and tidy storage of punched documents. Its multicolour cover provides an easy way to visually sort files while maintaining a slim profile suitable for office shelves and home workspaces. The pack contains one binder suitable for everyday document organisation and filing tasks.

Advantages

The D-ring mechanism ensures pages lie flat and reduces stress on hole-punched sheets, improving longevity of stored documents. The multicolour cover enhances visual organisation by making folders easy to identify at a glance. The binder is made from sturdy materials that resist normal wear from handling and shelf storage, offering a reliable solution for frequent use.

Suitable for

• Organising A4 documents, reports and manuals
• Color-coding files for quick identification
• Use in office, school or home study environments
• Archiving project paperwork and reference materials

Key specifications

• Format: A4-compatible document binder
• Ring type: D-ring mechanism for even paper support
• Cover: multicolour finish for visual sorting
• Capacity: suitable for typical office filing volumes (depends on paper weight and hole spacing)
• Pack contents: 1 binder

How to use

Open the D-ring mechanism by gently pulling the ring release or lifting the ring openings, place punched A4 sheets onto the rings and close the mechanism until it clicks or sits securely. Arrange documents by colour or subject within the multicolour cover to enable fast retrieval. Store the binder upright on a shelf or flat in a drawer; avoid overfilling beyond the binder's capacity to prevent stress on the rings and pages.

Recommendations

For best results, use standard A4 punched paper with the appropriate hole spacing and distribute heavier documents across several binders if necessary. Keep the binder away from prolonged direct sunlight and extreme humidity to maintain the cover colour and material integrity.
