The Herma A4 ring binder model 19820 is a multicolour D-ring binder sized for A4 documents. With external dimensions of approximately 285 mm width and 315 mm height, it is built to hold and organize punched papers and punched plastic sleeves. The D-ring mechanism provides a secure closure and reduces paper curvature, making it suitable for filing popular document formats used in offices, schools and at home.

Advantages

The multicolour cover helps visually differentiate projects or subjects and facilitates quick retrieval. The D-ring closure ensures even distribution of pages along the spine, reducing stress on document edges and allowing smoother page turning. The binder is constructed for repeated handling and storage, offering functional durability and a professional look without unnecessary bulk.

How to use

Open the D-ring mechanism by pulling the release levers or tabs and insert punched documents or sheet protectors onto the rings. Close the mechanism fully to secure pages and store the binder vertically on a shelf or horizontally in a drawer. For best results, distribute pages evenly and do not exceed the recommended capacity of the rings to avoid deformation. Clean the cover with a soft, dry cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners.

Recommendations

For organised filing, assign each colour to a specific subject or project and label the binder spine. Use punched reinforcements on frequently handled papers to extend longevity, and combine with transparent sheet protectors for loose or important documents.
