The Herlitz 11205739 ring binder is made from durable polypropylene (PP) material and designed to protect and organise loose documents in everyday use. It features a standard 2-ring mechanism that holds punched pages securely and allows easy insertion and removal of sheets. The binder is intended for school, office or home filing, offering a simple, lightweight solution for storing notes, handouts and printed papers.

Advantages

Constructed from polypropylene, this ring binder resists moisture and tearing better than many paper-based folders, increasing longevity under normal handling. The 2-ring mechanism provides straightforward operation for adding and removing punched sheets, while the slim profile keeps storage space to a minimum. The binder's surface is easy to wipe clean, and the material is dimensionally stable so pages remain flat and well-aligned.

Suitable for

• Organising school notebooks, worksheets and handouts
• Storing office documents, meeting materials and reference sheets
• Keeping home paperwork such as bills, manuals and receipts in order

Key specifications

• Material: polypropylene (PP)
• Ring type: 2-ring mechanism
• Pack quantity: 1 piece
• Application: document storage for paper punched to ring spacing
• Surface: wipeable, moisture-resistant exterior

How to use

Open the 2-ring mechanism and align punched pages with the rings. Close the mechanism to secure pages in place. To add or remove sheets, open the rings, slide pages on or off, and close the rings again until they click. Store the binder upright on a shelf or flat in a drawer to keep contents flat and protected. Avoid overfilling beyond the binder's capacity to prevent stress on the rings and material.

Recommendations

For long-term document preservation, keep papers dry and avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Use correctly punched pages that match the ring spacing and distribute contents evenly to maintain binder shape and ring alignment.
