Mapa z obročki A4 HERMA 19817 večbarvna

The HERMA 19817 ring binder is made for A4 documents and uses a durable D-ring mechanism to keep papers securely in place. With external dimensions of approximately 285 mm width and 315 mm height, this multicolour binder provides enough capacity for filing, sorting and quick access. The multicolour finish supports visual categorization and helps distinguish folders in an office, classroom or home workspace.

Advantages

The D-ring mechanism reduces page bending and allows pages to lie flatter than with round rings, making it easier to read and write within the binder. The binder’s robust cover construction offers structural support to stacked documents and protects contents from light wear. The multicolour design improves visual organization without the need for additional labels and enables fast retrieval of specific sets of documents.

How to use

Open the D-ring mechanism using the lever or manual release, insert punched A4 papers onto the rings and close the mechanism until it locks. Arrange documents in the preferred order, using dividers or punched pockets if needed to separate sections. Store the binder upright on a shelf or flat in a drawer to prevent warping; when removing or adding many pages, open the rings fully to avoid bending the paper or stressing the ring mechanism.

Recommendations

For prolonged use, avoid overfilling beyond the binder’s practical capacity to maintain ring alignment. Where frequent access is required, use sheet protectors for single pages and tabbed dividers for clear sectioning. Keep the binder away from prolonged direct sunlight and moisture to preserve the cover colours and material integrity.
