The HERMA 19358 A4 ring binder Multicolour is a cardboard binder sized for A4 documents, designed to store and organise loose sheets in homes, offices and study spaces. Finished with a multicolour cover, it provides a visible, easy-to-identify storage solution for project files, reports and reference material. The binder’s dimensions of 260 mm width and 315 mm height match common shelf and drawer sizes while its ring mechanism keeps punched paper secure.

Advantages

This ring binder combines a sturdy cardboard construction with a colourful printed finish that resists everyday wear. The ring mechanism aligns and secures punched pages to prevent shifting or loss. Its format is compatible with standard A4 punched documents and its compact depth makes it practical for storing on shelves or in filing cabinets. How to use

Open the ring mechanism and insert A4 punched sheets or use a hole puncher to prepare loose pages. Close the rings to secure documents in order. Store the binder upright on a shelf or place flat in a drawer; label the spine or cover to identify contents quickly. For thicker document collections, distribute content across multiple binders to keep rings functioning smoothly and pages easy to flip through.

Recommendations

To extend the life of the cardboard cover, avoid prolonged exposure to heavy moisture and store the binder in a dry environment. Use appropriately punched documents to prevent misalignment and check the ring mechanism periodically for debris to ensure smooth opening and closing.
