How to use

Open the ring mechanism and insert punched A4 sheets aligned with the rings, then close the rings to secure the pages. Use the cover to protect the contents from light wear and to keep pages flat. For frequent reference, arrange documents by category or date and use the multicolour appearance to assign folders to different topics. When transporting, keep the binder upright or flat to avoid bending the cardboard covers.

Recommendations

For longer-term storage, place the binder in a dry environment and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to maintain colour and material integrity; replace highly used contents with fresh copies if edges become worn.
