The HERMA 7166 Multicolour ring binder is a durable carton binder designed for everyday document organisation. Its multicolour cover provides a distinctive, easy-to-identify appearance while the standard format accommodates A4 sheets. The binder combines a lightweight construction with a sturdy folder spine and a reliable ring mechanism that keeps papers secure and allows fast access to documents.

Advantages

The carton cover resists bending under normal use and the multicolour design helps with visual sorting and quick retrieval. The ring mechanism operates smoothly for frequent opening and closing, and the standard A4 format ensures compatibility with common office and school papers. Its lightweight build reduces carry weight while maintaining sufficient rigidity for shelf storage.

Suitable for

• Organising office documents and reports
• School and university notes or coursework
• Home paperwork such as bills and manuals
• Archiving and filing A4-size materials

Key specifications

• Format: A4 compatible
• Cover material: durable carton
• Design: multicolour printed cover
• Closure: standard ring mechanism for secure holding of punched sheets
• Weight class: lightweight yet stiff enough for handling and shelf storage

How to use

Open the ring mechanism to insert punched A4 sheets or punched plastic sleeves, align the paper holes with the rings and close the mechanism until it clicks to secure the contents. For best results, distribute documents evenly along the rings to avoid uneven strain. Use the binder spine or visible cover area to label contents for quick identification.

Recommendations

Store the binder upright on a shelf to maintain shape and avoid heavy compression; avoid prolonged exposure to moisture to preserve the carton cover and printed design. For frequent transport, consider using a protective slipcase or folder to reduce wear on the cover edges.
