How to use

Open the round ring mechanism to insert or remove punched A4 sheets. Align punched holes with the rings and close the mechanism until it locks. Store the binder upright on a shelf or flat on a desk; use the spine width to estimate capacity and avoid overfilling to maintain ring alignment and cover condition.

Recommendations

For long-term document protection, avoid direct prolonged exposure to sunlight and humidity. Keep rings clean and free of debris; if alignment is affected, close the rings gently and check that pages are seated correctly before use.
