The HERMA 7167 A4 ring binder Multicolour is a single-pack document organiser designed to store and protect A4 papers. Constructed from durable carton material, this binder combines a sturdy spine and rings with a coloured exterior that helps visually separate files. It is intended for regular office or home use where basic document protection and simple categorisation by colour are required.

Advantages

The binder offers a robust carton construction that resists bending and supports stacked storage. Its multicolour exterior allows quick visual identification of contents without additional labelling. A single, standard A4 ring mechanism secures punched documents and facilitates turning pages smoothly. The compact, lightweight design makes it easy to handle, transport and store on typical office shelving.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Organising A4 printed documents and reports

• Separating project files or client records by colour
• Archiving non-sensitive papers for office or home storage

How to use

Open the ring mechanism, insert A4 punched sheets or document sleeves onto the rings and close the mechanism until it locks. Store the binder upright on a shelf or lay flat for transport. Recommendations

For best longevity, avoid overfilling the binder beyond the capacity of the ring mechanism and keep the binder dry to protect the carton material. Use standard A4 punched paper or compatible plastic sleeves to prevent tearing and ensure smooth page turning.
